'See Ourselves as Others See Us"

Tuesday 8 January 2019

Anne gave a very warm welcome to members and friends and everyone raised their glasses to toast the New Year - cheers!

There was an excellent turnout to hear our speakers for the evening, Susan and John Ross of Sublime Scotland - www.sublimescotland.co.uk Susan and John set up Sublime Scotland as a bespoke tour operating business in 2014. They organise holidays to suit their clients wishes to ensure they enjoy their time in Bonnie Scotland. Susan took us on a journey around Scotland with the help of a power point, each image brought to life with a wonderful story told by Susan.

A delicious supper of haggis, neeps and tatties was served. Thanks to David Matthew for the tatties and neeps and to Alasdair Beaton for supplying the haggis. Lastly, thank you to the ladies who did the cooking and to Elizabeth Dykes for her sauce - yum!

The hall was buzzing and it was a super start to 2019 🎉😊
