"Eating is a necessity, but cooking is an art"

Anne Artis, President of Ruskie Rural extended a warm welcome to members and friends.

The hall was full to watch Chef Martin Luti make and cook pasta. He had a pasta machine which he demonstrated on, he made different pasta shapes which he then cooked.......all tasting absolutely delicious. Martin gave the ladies of Ruskie a great insight into pasta making.

He told the audience of his culinary journey after he left Callander. It was also fascinating to hear how his family settled in Callander.
