"Reading is to the Mind what Exercise is to the Body"

Vice President, Eleanor Muir chaired the November meeting. The hall was very busy to hear the speaker for the evening Tricia Chillas who had us all doing chair exercises to music. It was a very cheery evening and we all felt the benefit.....I noticed quite a few had taken their jackets off! Tricia's choice of music was very familiar to us and it made doing the exercises much easier  .........she thought we were all very good singers!  A great way to spend a cold November evening - lots of laughs as we tried to co-ordinate our feet, hands legs! 

An excellent supper was provided by Val Graham, Marjorie Baxter and Mary Woods. We decided we deserved a good tuck in after all our exercise!!
