Glencoe Marathon Gathering

Ruskie Rural were on the move today! Seven ladies headed to Fort William to help steward at the Glencoe Marathon Gathering which was organised by Wild Fox Events.
757 people left the start line taking part in the Marathon, half marathon or the 10K. Thank you to Liz Black, Helen Little, Allison McLeod, Seona Michael, Joyce, Margo and Christine for giving up their time not only for Ruskie but for the charities who benefit from this event.
The Glencoe Marathon Gathering was held in true wilderness on routes overshadowed by the most dramatic and beautiful backdrop of Glencoe and Ben Nevis, one of the Scottish Highland’s most iconic landscapes
Well done to all competitors who took part in challenging conditions.
